You acknowledge that the product is subject to the copyright and other proprietary rights of Westlaw and you will not commit or permit any act or omission that would impair such rights.

c. Westlaw does not guarantee or warrant the product in any way. Westlaw shall not be liable to you for any loss or injury arising out of or caused, in whole or in part, by Westlaw's negligent acts or omissions in preparing or delivering the product or in doing anything related thereto. Westlaw will not be liable for consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

d. If, notwithstanding the above, Westlaw is held to be liable, the amount of such liability shall not exceed $10,000.
